“The LOOP” is a centralized one-stop delivery system to help grantees of the California Tobacco Control Program (CTCP) strengthen their capacity to address the needs of their local communities, especially those that are disproportionately burdened by tobacco. Webinars, in-person trainings, technical assistance, an online peer-to-peer exchange service, and a leadership development program will be dedicated to increasing the competencies, confidence, and abilities of grantees and their advocates to expand their reach and service to California’s underserved populations.

Our Mission Statement is to:
Support tobacco control advocates to connect, communicate, and collaborate effectively with California’s diverse priority populations to eliminate commercial tobacco use.

Our Vision Statement is that:
We believe the elimination of commercial tobacco is necessary for health prosperity.  We will work collectively towards a California where the tobacco industry no longer has influence over diverse priority populations, where all communities are empowered to thrive – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
