Applications Open for 2S/LGBTQIA+ Health Equity Advisory Committee! Apply by Nov 7th!
The California LGBTQ Health and Human Services Network is now accepting applications for our 2S/LGBTQIA+ Health Equity Advisory Committee!
This committee will help guide a three-year project aimed at improving cultural competency among providers working with 2S/LGBTQIA+ communities impacted by Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Disorders (OUD, StUD, and SUD).
We are especially seeking applicants based in Southern California—individuals and organizations with lived or professional expertise in substance use within 2S/LGBTQIA+ BIPOC communities.
Advisory Committee members will receive:
- A $100 stipend per meeting (up to 6 meetings per year)
- Networking and professional development opportunities
- A chance to shape statewide educational resources and best practices in culturally responsive care
