California DOJ Tobacco Grant Program Funding Available!

The CA Department of Justice (DOJ) 2025/26 Tobacco Grant Application is live!
The Tobacco Grant Program, administered by the Office of the Attorney General, makes these annual funds available to local law enforcement agencies throughout California. The grant submissions must be received by June 20, 2025, by 11:59 PM (Pacific).
An estimated $28.5 million in grant funding is available this year to support local enforcement efforts to reduce illegal retail sales and marketing of tobacco products to minors and youth.
