Flavored Tobacco Law Enforcement Campaign Ads Now Available in Partners Media Library!


On September 1, 2025, California Tobacco Prevention Program (CTPP), in partnership with the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) and California Attorney General’s Office (AG), launched “Break the Chain,” a flavored tobacco sales law enforcement campaign.

The goal of the campaign is to remind consumers and retailers that this was a law Californians voted for, create awareness about what’s at stake when flavored products are illegally sold -- a lifetime of addiction and disease, and provide a channel for reporting illegal sales.

The campaign ads are now available in the Partners Media Library for use in your local media campaigns.
