The purpose of this Solicitation is to fund a single individual or organization to assist in the planning and facilitation of the 2022 Health Equity Summit (Summit), post-Summit virtual Listening Sessions, and the development of a Health Equity Plan that defines population-specific priority strategies for reducing tobacco-related disparities.
