ATTENTION: Addendum to RFA #22-10399 Statewide Priority Population Coordinating Centers

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), California Tobacco Control Program (CTCP) has extended the Mandatory Letter of Intent Due Date and is accordingly releasing an Addendum to Request for Applications (RFA) #22-10399 Statewide Priority Population Coordinating Centers.

The due date has been extended from October 12, 2022, 5:00PM Pacific Time (PT), to October 21, 2022, 5:00PM PT. Appendix 10: Mandatory Letter of Intent and Template has also been revised to include the updated due date. The Application Due Date remains unchanged.
