RISE Needs Assessment Survey for Rural CTPP-funded Projects - Deadline is 8/30!

Attention Rural Local Lead Agencies and Competitive Grantees!

RISE, the Statewide Rural Priority Population Coordinating Center, would like to hear from you! RISE is conducting a needs assessment to help us identify how we can best support rural CTPP-funded projects in achieving tobacco endgame success. The information we collect will help guide our work, including identifying the most important trainings to provide, resources to develop, and educational materials to create to help you in your rural communities.

The needs assessment may take about 15-20 minutes to complete. The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, August 30, 2024.
