Social Media Technical Assistance (TA) for Funded Projects!

The Tobacco Education Clearinghouse of CA (TECC) is excited to announce that we are now offering social media technical assistance (TA) for funded projects! We are here to answer your social media questions or meet with you individually to walk you through new platforms, provide feedback on your social media plan or platform analytics, and much more. A comprehensive list of TA types that we are approved to provide, including descriptions, can be found on our newly published Social Media TA Business Rules.

Just like our materials TA, projects can submit tickets using TECC’s MatTrackplatform. After you log in to MatTrack, click the “Submit Ticket” button within the TA Activity tab on your dashboard. When you reach the “What type of TA do you need?” question of the form, select Social Media.
