California Health Collaborative (Regional Advocates Countering Tobacco (ReACT))

About This Partner/Organization

Regional Advocates Countering Tobacco (ReACT) is a program of the California Health

Collaborative created through funding support from the California Department of Public

Health – California Tobacco Control Program. ReACT implements a tri-county tobacco

control plan aimed at advancing momentum for a Tobacco-Free California by engaging

youth as advocates in countering pro-tobacco influences in rural and Hispanic/Latino

communities, reducing the availability of tobacco products, and eliminating exposure to

secondhand smoke in outdoor recreational areas intended for youth and families in the

counties of Tulare, Kings and Fresno.
