About This Partner/Organization

• CTC is the training and technical assistance arm of the California Smokers’ Helpline (1-800-NO-BUTTS). CTC helps health systems, public health organizations and others throughout California to increase their capacity to support tobacco cessation.

• Provides technical assistance on topics such as how to structure a comprehensive, evidence-based tobacco cessation benefit in insurance plans and how to support cessation in behavioral health settings.

• Offers in-depth trainings for cessation facilitators and webinars on a range of topics including the basics of tobacco cessation, pharmacotherapy, integrating cessation into clinical practice, treatment considerations for special populations, and more.
