Contra Costa (Tobacco Prevention Project)

The Contra Costa Health Services Tobacco Prevention Program functions as the Local

Lead Agency for tobacco control efforts in the County, staffing a community Tobacco

Prevention Coalition and collaborating with other organizations concerned with decreasing

exposure to secondhand smoke; reducing access to tobacco products (including electronic

smoking devices); countering pro-tobacco influences; and promoting smoking cessation

services.
