Del Norte County (Tobacco Use Prevention Program (TUPP))

The Del Norte County Tobacco Use Prevention Program serves as the Local Lead

Agency for Del Norte County. The major goals of the program are to have at least

2 jurisdictions in Del Norte County ( the unincorporated and the City of Crescent City)

adopt a policy to prohibit sales of tobacco products in any store that is or contains a

pharmacy as well as a policy prohibiting smoking in multi-unit housing including individual

units, balconies, patios and common areas.
