The mission is to promote equitable access to coordinated services, partnerships, and policy advocacy that contribute to the overall health and well-being of youth and families. Historically underresourced communities flourish with equitable access to comprehensive care for youth and families. Founded in 1977 with a long history within Hayward and East Bay to provide vital resources to support underserved communities.
