The LGBTQ Center OC, established in 1971, is a non-profit organization in Orange County, one of the oldest gay and lesbian communities in the US. It supports the LGBTQ community through programs focusing on empowerment and advocacy against hate and discrimination. The center serves over 14,000 individuals annually, catering to various cultural, ethnic, age, and economic backgrounds. Programming is tailored to cater to gay men, lesbians, youth, transgender individuals, the Spanish-speaking LGBTQ community, bisexual individuals, and LGBTQ families.
