use has had on the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) communities and

other vulnerable California populations. A first objective involves working with at least 10

Boards of Supervisors and/or City Councils in targeted jurisdictions such as but not limited

to Alameda, Contra Costa, Los Angeles, Marin, Mendocino, Monterey, Nevada,

Sacramento, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Sonoma and/or Yolo

Counties to ensure that they will adopt a policy against selling tobacco products and

electronic smoking devices in any retail establishment that is licensed by the State Board

of Pharmacy to dispense prescription medications.
